Here at Clarity Support Coordination Perth, we’re a proudly independent team with a deep commitment to integrity, honesty, and compassion. After working with Clarity for over three years, Sam and Roxy became the proud owners in October 2024—a natural next step in their journey of supporting participants across Perth.

We work alongside you to co-design supports that reflect your goals and individuality. Our aim is to help you understand and make the most of your NDIS plan, no matter how big or small your goals may feel. With friendly and professional Support Coordinators offering face-to-face support from Mandurah to Joondalup, and remote services available to NDIS participants across Western Australia, we’re here to walk the journey with you. PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACHING

Psychosocial recovery coaching is a specialised support available under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It is designed to guide individuals with psychosocial disabilities (mental health conditions) in managing daily life and working towards their personal recovery goals. Recovery coaches collaborate with individuals, their families, and support networks to build capacity, strengthen independence, and encourage greater social and economic participation. The focus is on empowering people to take more control of their lives through ongoing support and meaningful connection.
